"In the beginning was the Word..." - John 1:1

The breath and movement practiced through FORM is inspired by music, poetry, prayer, and meditation on 'the Word'. We experience how Scripture can become living text in our hearts, minds, and bodies.

With FORM, we fill our minds with meditation on the Sermon on the Mount, Psalm 23 and other passages, as we integrate core-conditioning principles that can increase our strength and flexibility. With each daily practice session, we learn to be calm, centered, strong and agile.

Flowing to be unburdened, peaceful and free - Matthew 5:3-12

Opening to the Other as we face challenges - Matthew 5:13-48

Renewing as we receive God's love - Matthew 6

Meeting each day - meditating on truth and seeking grace - Matthew 7

The Sermon on the Mount begins with the Beatitudes

Theme of Balance

Isaiah 40:31
"Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary."
Theme of Soaring Free in God's Love

Instead of counting the repetitions of an exercise with numbers, in the practice of FORM, you will mark your movements with the Fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23: "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control".
