Steps to becoming a FORM class leader
1. Contact us at info@studioignite.com for training information
2. Upon payment of $295 fee, you will receive the FORM teacher training journal and materials
3. Practice with the FORM DVD/Instructional Guide as you complete the FORM teacher training workbook
4. Lead FORM practice classes and submit feedback from 20 students
5. Complete licensing agreement
6. Personal training sessions are available by request
