"For the measure you give,
will be the measure given back."
- Luke 6:27-38
"In the beginning was the Word..." - John 1:1

The
breath and movement practiced through FORM is inspired by the Word,
helping you to realize scripture as living text in this day. The Sermon
on the Mount as taught by Jesus gives you rich soil to be
planted in, to grow deeper roots, and to find nourishment. We hope FORM
will help you experience scripture in a fresh way.
Freedom with movement to be unburdened, peaceful and free in the Beatitudes - Matthew 5:1-12
Order with movement as you face challenges with faith
- Matthew 5:13-48
Renewal with movement as you receive God's love and fill your mind with God's Word - Matthew 6
Meditation with movement seeking grace and truth - Matthew 7
In private devotional time, students are encouraged to be free form and delve into passages through listening to, responding with, reflecting on, and resting in scripture."be transformed by the renewing of your mind..." -Romans 12:2
To learn the practice of FORM, each passage from the Bible (NASB) is integrated with a theme (highlighted in Blue at the end of each line) that prompts you to meditate on the scripture with a movement or position.
Instead of counting the repetitions of an exercise with numbers, in the practice of FORM, you will mark your movements with the Fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23: "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control".
With FORM, meditation on the Sermon on the Mount, Psalm 23 and other passages inspires movement that integrates core-conditioning principles to increase strength and flexibility. You will learn about alignment and flow as you become more calm, centered, strong and agile.
The Sermon on the Mount begins with the Beatitudes
