Other qualifications include:
+ Active in ministry, fellowship or planting new churches
+ Professionals in fitness, health, sports medicine or related fields
+ Experienced in teaching or community leadership
+ Excited to share with others new ways to become fit and flexible
Kathryn "Kat" Linehan has led group classes for years and has been training teachers for FORM since 2006.
Steps to becoming certified:
1. Contact us at info@studioignite.com to request FORM Teacher Training application
2. Practice 10 FORM class sessions or with the FORM DVD/Instructional Guide
3. Upon payment of $495 fee, you will receive the FORM teacher training workbook
4. Study and complete the FORM teacher training workbook
5. Submit completed workbook 10 days prior to the first training session
6. Active participation in 40-hour training
7. Lead practice classes and submit feedback from 20 of your students
8. Board review of final teacher application
9. Complete licensing agreement
